Norwegian academics say secrecy clauses in new forest pact with Indonesia are ‘totally unacceptable’

Norway’s new forest agreement with Indonesia amounts to “political censorship” and contradicts basic legal principles for openness in the administration, experts say. A law professor questions whether the level of secrecy in the agreement would hold up in a Norwegian court.
