NGOs reluctant to take Danish aid money for Rwanda

As negotiations over the establishment of a Danish asylum centre in Rwanda proceed, non-government organisations in Denmark are viewed as potential partners in an extended aid programme for the country. Most large Danish NGOs have no current plans for engaging in Rwanda, but Danish Refugee Council is keeping the door open.
