Nordic think tank launches plan for a bond scheme to double global aid

The Oslo-based British economist Sony Kapoor lays out an innovative financing scheme that would double global aid and provide upfront resources to address the multiple crises of our times: the global pandemic, battling climate change and the economic recovery. The plan, described in an op-ed in Development Today, has been developed by the Nordic Institute for Finance, Technology and Sustainability (NIFTYS).
