Iceland, OECD’s smallest donor, makes tough priorities to put its mark on niches in global aid

The smallest donor in the OECD, Iceland, has had to target its aid on a few countries and thematic areas where it has special competence, like fisheries and geothermal energy. Can bigger donors learn from the Nordic volcano island state?
