The Bombardier Sweden affair: World Bank probe has a long reach, but convictions can be elusive

In a Swedish probe triggered by an on-going World Bank investigation into a project in Azerbaijan, prosecutors have appealed the acquittal of two former employees of Bombardier Sweden charged with bribery. Bombardier, the Canadian mother company, has been placed on a watch list by the Norwegian Oil Fund. The company denies any wrongdoing.
