Norad unveils new strategy as pandemic reshapes aid

“Facts hold the power” is a slogan in the new strategy of Norad, which now manages half of the Norwegian aid portfolio. Climate has become a cross-cutting theme that penetrates everything Norad does, from travelling to the nuts and bolts of project management.
