Dire corona warnings from OECD overshadow slight increase in aid to Africa in 2019

Global ODA for 2019 is marked by a positive trend: bilateral aid to Africa and least-developed countries increased slightly last year. But the OECD warns that the coronavirus pandemic will hit the poorest nations hardest and urges rich-country donors to boost their aid commitments as never before.
