Ukraine response could push Finnish aid to its highest level in three decades

Ukrainian refugees are coming to Finland in large numbers and the government has provided funding to support them without tapping into the aid budget. Finland has also granted additional aid to Ukraine. The result is that Finland could for 2022 report the highest aid level to the OECD since 1991.
