Norwegian Church Aid: Take climate out of the aid budget

In one month heads of state will gather in New York to attend Ban Ki-moon’s Climate Summit. From Norway, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Climate and Environment and the Minister of Foreign Affairs will attend. After New York, only 15 months remain for the countries to agree on a climate treaty in Paris in December 2015.
