Fifteen humanitarian actors compete for Sida multi-year grants

Islamic Relief Sweden, a branch of the UK-based global relief agency, is one of 15 organisations vying for Sida multi-year humanitarian grants. The Swedish aid agency has introduced a level playing field in its assessment of candidates. Five of the organisations are not Swedish. For the first time, the Swedish Red Cross will be judged on equal terms with the rest.
