Environmental assessment of Indonesia’s economic development plan

Danida has supported improvement of the environment in Indonesia through the Environmental Support Programme since 2005. A key element of the second phase of the programme (2008-2012) has been support for a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), both for preparation of guidelines and input for regulations, training at different levels and preparation of more than 28 pilot projects.
