Ibis: give Sudan debt relief, but don’t spend aid

With an accumulated debt of DKK 6 billion, Sudan is Denmark’s largest remaining debtor among developing countries. Writing off this debt could lead to deep cuts in Danish aid in the coming years, the Danish NGO IBIS warns.
