Political risk on a grand scale

Norway is for the first time financing a “real time” evaluation of the prestigious forest climate initiative. Findings are to be fed back into the process as it unfolds. But do the politicians want to listen? At a presentation of the evaluation’s first report, Minister Erik Solheim warned that criticism just makes his job harder.
