Evaluation of Norwegian aid to Afghanistan

The Norad Evaluation Department announces a tender for an evaluation of Norwegian aid to Afghanistan during the period 2001 up to the present. The study is to cover all Norwegian aid to the country given through bilateral and multilateral channels.
