A climate agreement could be ‘kiss of death’ for aid

We know that climate change has significant implications for development and poverty reduction. But climate change negotiations have potentially an equally important bearing on development cooperation. If they achieve the goal of an overarching global agreement it could signal the end of aid as we know it.
