Väyrynen: a counterweight to ‘new Southern donors’

Finland’s Minister for Foreign Trade and Develompent Paavo Väyrynen wants cooperation between the United States and Europe to “counterbalance the influence" of emerging donors like Brazil, Russia, India and China.
