Education capacity building in Helmand Province

The Danish Embassy in Kabul announces a tender for provision of capacity building assistance to the Helmand Provincial Education Department and the Ministry of Eduction of Afghanistan. The support is focused in Helmand Province where Danish troops are concentrated.
