Stoltenberg pushes ahead with GAVI mission

Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg once again increases Norway’s lavish contribution to the vaccine initiative, GAVI. To achieve this, the new Red-Green Norwegian government slashes bilateral aid to Africa. It also cuts earmarked funds for the World Bank and steps up assistance through the UN.
