End of a rocky year for Swedish aid

NGO leaders describe the SEK 13.8 billion roll back in Swedish aid to fund refugees from Ukraine last summer as unnecessary and arbitrary, causing much extra work and uncertainty. Eight months later, the real cut in aid amounted to just one third of that amount.
