Norway has donated almost 700,000 corona vaccine doses to poorer nations

News March 11, 2021 / By: Ann Danaiya Usher

Norwegian authorities confirm to Development Today that Norway has given away 677,000 doses of COVID19 vaccine for distribution in lower-income countries. Most of these are AstraZeneca vaccines, but some are from Pfizer. Intended for domestic use in Norway, some of these doses are now being rolled out in developing countries. In total, Norway aims to donate almost 2 million doses in this way.
