Global Health Ambassador explains why Norway turned down offer to buy 700,000 doses of corona vaccine

The decision to transfer options for buying COVID19 vaccines intended for use in Norway over to developing countries was an act of solidarity, Norway’s Health Ambassador John-Arne Røttingen says to Development Today. “Saying no to these options … indicates that we are being responsible and showing solidarity both to the world and to the common EU approach,” he says.
