Nordic ministers agree on new capital injection for Nordic Development Fund

Nordic development ministers have agreed to start negotiations for a joint capital injection in the Nordic Development Fund. The aim is to finish the replenishment this fall. The decision signals a powerful comeback for NDF as a climate institution after it barely escaped closure 15 years ago when Denmark announced that it no longer wanted to fund it.
