Changes in USAID anti-terror clause can open for renewed cooperation with Norwegian People’s Aid

News May 22, 2020 / By: Bjørn H Amland

NGO leaders say the new rules reduce the risk of organisations coming under investigation for violation of US anti-terror laws. Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) is now considering resuming cooperation with the agency after a two-year hiatus.
