Dousa: ‘Historic shift’ in Swedish aid to free up funds for Ukraine

Sweden will phase out bilateral support to four African countries and Bolivia over the coming nine months to finance an increase in aid to Ukraine. Next year Ukraine is expected to take up 20 per cent of the Swedish aid budget.
