US aid cuts: Scandinavian donors offer relief, but NGOs face tough choices

The Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian governments have introduced measures to mitigate the effects on humanitarian organisations of US aid cuts through a combination of early disbursements, flexibility between programmes, and extra cash cash to support key support functions in humanitarian aid. While this will offer some relief, Nordic NGOs still face tough dilemmas about what to prioritise. [Updated]
