New Finnish government’s budget proposal: aid starts shrinking again

The Finnish government has launched its first budget proposal, initiating a four-year plan to roll back Finnish aid. For next year, country programmes and private sector schemes will be scaled back. Though details in the budget are scarce, UN agencies will probably also be hit.
