Norfund reports solid results in 2022, targets climate and fragile states

The aid-funded investor Norfund reports a solid result for 2022 with new direct investments ranging from renewables in India to pioneer banking in the Democratic Republic of Congo, according to the annual report. Last year’s rate of return in the currencies Norfund investments in is steady at 5.1 per cent, while the return in NOK skyrocketed to 14.8 per cent, due to the weakened Norwegian currency.
