Funding target for Green Climate Fund still up in the air

There is still no clear picture about a realistic funding target for the upcoming replenishment of the Green Climate Fund. The most optimistic scenario from the World Resources Institute of USD 66 billion assumes that all countries, including the United States, follow Norway’s lead.
