Investigation into Agua Zarca

An investigation of the Agua Zarca hydropower project in Honduras, commissioned by the Dutch financier FMO, concludes that FMO and the Finnish B-lender Finnfund need to improve their mechanisms for handling indigenous people’s rights and Free Prior and Informed Consent.
