Danes consider untying emergency relief

Development Today’s review of Nordic donor spending of humanitarian NGO aid shows that while Norway, Denmark and Finland tend to favour their own organisations when allocating emergency relief funds, Sweden takes a more neutral approach. Half of Swedish aid to humanitarian NGOs is disbursed to non-Swedish actors.
