Multiconsult is asssisting the Mekong River Commission Commission, through the donor-funded Initiative on Sustainable Hydropower (ISH), to develop hydropower impact mitigation guidelines and strategies for planned and operational projects in the mainstream and key tributaries of Lower Mekong Basin. The project is jointly executed with Deltares of the Netherlands.
