New research funds

Norad will manage a new fund for research and higher eduction called NORHED with an overall annual budget frame of NOK 150 million. This will eventually replace the two existing aid-financed support programmes in the field, Nufu and Noma, which will be phased out in 2013 and 2015, respectively.
