Amaila Falls still on the books

Guyana watchers were alarmed to notice that the Amaila Falls hydro power, the project set to receive the bulk of Norwegian climate forest aid to the country, had disappeared from the Inter-American Development Bank’s web pages. Does that mean that Amaila is off the books?
