Finland to slash Latin America budget

Finland will cut is aid budget for Latin America from an annual level of about EUR 25 million in recent years to just EUR 15 million for 2013. For 2015, the planning budget is just EUR 6 million. Central America’s share will drop from EUR 6 million next year to EUR 2 million in 2015.
