Sida poll reveals outdated public perception

Sida’s annual poll on public perceptions about aid for 2012 reflects an overall belief in aid, solid support to continue the high level of Swedish development assistance and overwhelming solidarity with those in need in poor countries. Swedes are not up to date in their knowledge of positive trends in development, but a majority say they want to learn more.
