‘New Norsad’ could become untied African window for IFU

Swedfund will become the largest owner in ‘New Norsad’ when the entity turns into a limited company this fall and Nordic aid-financed risk capital funds get 50 per cent of its shares. Development financing institutions in the region will hold the remaining shares. For Danish IFU the deal might provide its first untied window for Southern Africa.
