Pushing the boundaries of government transparency

Gunilla Carlsson’s new Open Aid web site pushes the boundaries of government openness in both Sweden and internationally. Unlike the British aid transparency initiative, which presents information in a polished form, the Swedish model is more useful because it makes the raw data accessible to everyone.
