Iceland: ten-year plan for reaching 0.7%

Iceland plans to increase its aid, putting a stop to the drastic cuts of the last two years. Aid channelled through Icelandic NGOs will double. Iceland also seeks to become a full-fledged member of the OECD’s aid watchdog, the DAC.
