Green climate fund could be bigger than World Bank

The Green Climate Fund still has no money and no permanent home, but in Durban it moved one step closer to becoming real.

In Norway there is a sense that the fund could end up being big - even bigger than the World Bank. The Swedes take a more cautious approach.
