Sida under stress from Ministry’s tight grip

Sida staff are experiencing increasing levels of stress and fragmentation because of the bewildering web of demands to report to the Foreign Ministry. Simplifying the system and loosening the grip on Sida would improve work conditions and allow for more innovation, the head of the Sida union writes.
