Sida’s billion-crown pot for NGOs up for grabs

For the first time, a significant portion of the billion-crown pot Sida spends on multi-year grants for NGOs will be up for grabs next year.

The 15 so-called “framework organisations” will all be assessed according to the new selection criteria. But the system will be phased in gradually. Four NGOs’ agreements run out next year freeing up more than SEK 300 million.
