Norway’s most important foreign policy arena

When the 66th UN General Assembly gathered in New York this month, Norway sent Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg and three cabinet ministers to participate. For Norway, which is not a member of EU or G20, the United Nations is the most important arena in foreign policy.
