World Bank management criticised for 'lack of neutrality' in reform process

Some European countries fear the development mandate of the World Bank has been weakened after changes in voting power drastically reduced donors’ influence.

There is Nordic discontent with the role Bank management played in preparing voting power proposals ahead of the decision.
