A ‘tolerable’ result. No additional Finnish climate aid in 2010-11

Finland’s fast-track climate funding for 2010 - set at EUR 30 million - will be taken out of the existing aid budget for this year. Next year Finnish aid will increase by EUR 92 million; and climate aid will, once again, come out of the overall aid funds.
