Ranked framework contracts will lead to ‘monopolies’

The Swedish Consultants Association warns in a recent report that Sida’s new system of tendering for framework consultancy contracts will create “monopoly-like situations”, flying in the face of Parliament’s intentions to strengthen the private sector and small businesses.
