Conflicting signals from Norway

Norwegian Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Støre participated in a meeting of the Arab League in Qatar this week. Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir, who has been charged with genocide and war crimes by the International Criminal Court, also attended. There, he received support from several Arab countries.
