No ‘new’ Nordic climate aid money on the table in Copenhagen

One of the few concrete numbers in the Copenhagen climate agreement is the collective commitment by rich countries to provide “new and additional" climate resources approaching USD 30 billion for 2010-12.

Development Today’s review of perspectives in the four Nordic capitals shows that so far Nordic climate aid for this period will be neither “new" nor “additional" to promises made before Copenhagen.
