Foreign Ministry scrutinises legality of NOREPS

Interest from foreign companies about joining the Norwegian emergency relief network NOREPS has forced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to scrutinise the legality of the arrangement. Until now, NOREPS has been an exclusive club of 15 Norwegian companies.
