Norway sees Obama as an ally in fighting tax havens

The Norwegian administration is wrangling with the World Bank over a study of illicit financial flows. The Bank does not want to put an exact figure on it. Now Norway is aiming to join forces with US President Elect Barack Obama in the fight against tax havens and illegal capital flows.
