ActionAid’s global network. Risks to African civil society

As transnational NGO networks expand, they are evolving into major aid actors with resources that match UN agencies and even some African ministries. Paul Opoku-Mensah comments on possible pitfalls for local African organisations of the ActionAid network, which the Danish NGO, MS, is about to join.
